Jennifer Rinaldi, Spa Operations Manager
Joyce Carboni, CEO and Founder of Skinsational Skin and Body Spa, recently appointed Jennifer Rinaldi as Spa Operations Manager. Rinaldi will provide continuous support around the sanctuary as well as inspire, train and develop employees, assist with marketing and sales capabilities and ensure client satisfaction.
Rinaldi has more than 11 years experience in the spa industry, and was drawn to Skinsational Skin and Body Spa because of their proven track record of continuously providing guests with superb services and complimentary amenities in a friendly and soothing atmosphere. Prior to Skinsational Skin and Body Spa, Rinaldi worked at The Beverly Hills Hotel/La Prairie Spa as the Assistant Spa Director where she learned the meaning of excellent customer service and obtained her savvy business management skills that she continues to use every day.
Rinaldi loves developing relationships with new and old Skinsational clientele, as well as ensuring each guest leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed and pampered. When she’s not working hard at the spa, Rinaldi likes to relax by hiking, yoga classes, wine tasting, shopping, and taking spontaneous road trips to new places.
